Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kuteeram! We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality mangoes straight to your doorstep. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully:

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once the order has been delivered. However, if you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products, we are happy to offer you a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order due to quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your mangoes.
To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged or spoiled items.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be Credited within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

 Replacements

if approved we will provide a replacement for  the damaged product within 3-4 days.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
